However, it is not uncommon for dental nurses to leave their positions, which can pose challenges for dental practices. But why do they leave?

While there are no specific regulations from official governing bodies such as the CQC  that explicitly prohibit dental nurses from wearing false eyelashes, it does state in the National Infection Prevention and Control Manual for England that eye or face protection should not be impeded by false eyelashes¹, so it ultimately comes down to the individual practice's policies and professional judgment.
