Our PCO course is designed to equip dental professionals with the essential skills and knowledge needed to excel in the role of the Patient Care Coordinator (PCO) or Treatment Coordinator (TCO). The Patient Care Coordination title emphasises to patients that they will be cared for throughout their dental journey. This pivotal role ensures patients come into the practice, feel welcomed and cared for during their appointments, and ultimately encourages them to remain loyal to the practice and promote it to others.
