Personally, I take L-lysine tablets and hide behind my mask. careful avoidance of touching the face, obvs.

I am a registered dental nurse, I have just come up with a cold sore - should I not be in surgery? as we don't treat people with coldsores with aerosols so I was thinking is it the same for us? Many thanks.
