No they cannot charge you these fees.

Is this something they are trying to do?

Hiya - Can a dental employer under any circumstances charge the dental nurse for Locum fees if they have to hire a Locum while the nurse has any time off for any reasons ? Eg. Holiday. Sickness or cutting down hours in contract ?
