I restored my name back on the register in november last year, and you do have to fill out all the paperwork again. I also had to pay the £120 restoration fee which will which will cover me to july when the annual retention fee is due.
Hello, does anyone know if I would need to re register and provide again my references and GP paperwork if I went off the register for a year or two and than wanter to re enter the register..would I just have to pay and show enough cpd or would I have to do all paperwork again?thanks Sarka
