Claiming tax back for registration

hi do I have to be currently employed to claim tax back?

I got a form from a .gov website.

And yes you will need to claim for each tax year. I sent 4 years worth off before christmas and got a nice cheque in the post!

Hi I am about to try and claim tax back for registration fees, can I claim for the last 5 years or just 1 year, also would i need to fill in a tax form for each year or will one form do all 5 years. Thanks
