i have been working for Bupa for the last 4 years,did PMA course also and everything.
My advised is get better pay to start cause you will not get a good pay raise after all, pension is crap for dental nurses also.
Anyone dental nursing for BUPA? Any pros or cons? Is a dental nurse progressing to a practice managers through their training academy a realistic goal?
