I am searching an advice from you as i become frustrated.
I am a Dental nurse with 3 years of experience and hold certificate in radiography, i work for nhs practice earning 8 pounds per hour. They dont want to increase my salary and i dont want to beg them as i find it frustrating.
I have been offered a job as a lead nurse at mydentist. Can anyone tell me how it is to work for this company Please ?
And could anyone advice me about the notce period ?my dentist can wait max one month for me but my old practice requires me to stay 3 months...
i want to leave but they wont give me references if i do that before 3 months time... i find it really difficult... any advice would be much appreciated.
