NHS vs. Private Practice's

Would be lot busier for sure I started as a trainee for NHS, moved on to private and I have to say I would never go back there. Different way of work, where I worked it was “in and out for patient” all about UDA’s but sure you will get used to it.

I have no experience of working in an NHS dental practice (I was trained and have always worked in the private sector).

Currently there are no private dental nurse vacancies in my area but in undated with NHS opportunities.

What is it like to work in an NHS practice compared to a private practice?
