Record keeping

Patient records 11 or until pt is 25 but which ever is the longest I'm pretty sure it applies to my,lab dockets and consent as they are meant to be kept in other records
Radiographs 11
Decon logs 2years
Waste material 3
Fridge logs 2

This is what I have be led to believe are the requirements but they could be subject to change if not sure write to gdc but the principle dentist should know the legal requirements it's their responsibility to know.

Hi :) ... I was just wanting to clear up within our practice how long we have to keep paper copies of medical histories, treatment plans and also consent forms?? We are being told that it is only for 2 years, but I am not quite convinced about this??
We are wanting to tidy the practice up create storage space for our things, as the practice was taken over so still a lot of things/records from the previous owners in the building.

Any information would be greatly appreciated :) x
