Hi Joanne

Smiling DCP is correct
A simple blood test would prove the immunity of TB, Hep B, influenza, MMR, varicella(chickenpox).
Then the can print you out an immunity sheet for you to take to employers

Hi Joanne

Really good question, and I'm sure someone will have an informed and solid answer for you if mine is wrong.

As far as I'm aware, you can go to your GP and request a blood test for the required vaccinations to see if you are still immune and whether you would need a booster or not, or even a new course of vaccinations.

Although I had a record of all vaccinations and the BCG scar, I still needed the results of my blood work for TB to show my employer that I'm still immune.

Hope that helps!

:( Hi
Ive tried to reg with a new dental agency and like most places you have to provide proof of Reg with GDC,Hep B and insurance etc but have been asked to prove had TB along with MMR. Im a mature person so dont have TB proof as in the 90s and we didnt have MMR back then just the single injections when a baby so how do you go about this? very confused as GPs dont have records before late 90s when went computerized .
Any suggestions?
