Update for you all on our CQC inspection on 26th Jan. Inspector was lovely. she concentrated on H & S and Infection control. Didn't really want to speak to the dentists but spent as much time as possible talking to patients and staff, then spent a little time at the end of the morning giving feedback. She did email a copy of the report for us to check, before posting online. This way if you have any objections to anything you get the opportunity to alter it if possible. There appears to be no set "rule" to the way inspections are carried out like they are with Denplan for example. So good luck all
