I'd suggest contacting the PCT's that she is prepared to travel into and request information on which practices have PCT sedation NHS contracts, then ask them? Could be an idea

A colleque of mine is doing the dental sedation course. She is looking for sedation practices or any one who does sedation so she can observe and possibly assist in some sedations. She is based in Preston Lancs so anything in that area she is prepared to travel.
