Washer Disinfector

We got the same problem, all my instruments are matt white... They look awful!

I think you give them a call and see what they recommend to use, or take a look in the hand book

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on the preferred detergent to be used in a washer disinfector? We are currently using a Prestige model with maximum pH detergent which always leaves a chalky appearance on our instruments.
