Illigal practices

Hi nurses!
I need some advice.
I work for Smile Direct Club. I'm sure you have heard of them they litter everyone's feeds with ads offering promo codes. Someone anonymously has reported them to the GDC for a number of crimes from having NON-GDC staff scan patients' teeth, take photos, and record medical history forms to much much serious crimes such as forgery.

Chaos has broken out across all the locations. I, myself have no idea what to do. do you think this will affect my registration? will non-GDC staff be prosecuted?
