reflection as part of CPD certificates

Hi , Is it compulsory now that we show reflection and a certificate showing course aims , objectives and outcomes?
I could only see the outcomes on my certificate from DNN that I just joined, Have I missed something,? The price for the CPD bundle is good though, so thanks.
Only we have it on the hospital course certificates and also Isopharm CPD certificate have this too.
