Nurses questions in a CQC spot check

They will probably ask questions about decontamination as you are the only one in the practice that does it (I assume). Also they like to ask about safeguarding, mental capacity act.

Hi all

any one had a CQC spot check recently?
we have had a call to say that they are doing a spot check on us on 5/10/16. Just wondering what they will ask a nurse as believe it or not in all the years I have been in dentistry I have always worked for very large practices where I was either busy or on a day off when visited. I now work for a sole trader so there are only dentist, me, PM/recep in practice. chances are im gonna be too busy to talk so what happens
Is it something to do with KLOE?

Im confused. any advice appreciated
