I got a £1 an hour pay rise after passing my radiography, we are an orthodontic practise so us nurses do them a lot

We got a 10p pay rise on passing the radiography course. Our employer also paid for the course.

Hi there
I would expect you to get something more as you then fall into an "extended duties nurse" which warrants more money.
I would definitely tackle them on this.

I don't get a pay rise but my employer pays for the course.

How many people get a pay rise when they have passed a qualification?, such as radiography, oral health etc.
