Fluoride Course. HELP!!

I am just looking for some advice,
I recently completed a fluoride application course with Dental Training group.
I had an email from the lady that did the course to tell me I had passed a few months ago, I have since emailed many times and had no response, I also haven't received a certificate. I am starting to worry that I am never going to receive it
Has anyone else had training with this company and if so what was your experience with them?
