Positives/Negatives of Dental Nurse Agencies???

Posiitve - better pay per hour, holidays when you want,.45p per mile from HMRC on your tax,refuse to work with some dentist

Negative - Work with asshole dentist (rude and other things),not always work available,no hols payed,travel to practices.

Hi,
I am looking at moving to Cornwall in the near future and I have been looking into a few options for employment.
I was wondering if anyone could give me there views/experiences on working as a locum Dental Nurse?
Does anyone have any advice for looking for a job in Dental Nursing km the Cornwall area?
