Trainee Dental Nurse Induction

We have just taken on a trainee dental nurse, and I am now responsible for carrying out her induction.

I don't have anything to go on, as I was the only nurse before and didn't have a formal induction myself when I started.

Can anyone point me in the right direction if there is anything online that will help me sort out an induction. Or can anyone tell me what their induction consisted of? How long did it last, was it 1 day? 1 week?
