Hi there. We also hold in house teaching but for it to be verifiable you have to have aims and objectives so there is a point to the teaching and what the outcome can be eg we have recently had inhalation sedation update training to provide up to date knowledge on the machines, how to use them and the importance of safety checks) you also need to issue a certificate with hours of training stated and get the team to sign a sheet of attendance and evaluation sheet which is to be handed back to the trainer, they're to keep this with the attendance sheet.
