Dental Nursing in Oz....worth it?

are you doing a degree in dental nursing at university? I didn't know you could train at university? Which one one is it?

i heard you pay alot more taxes over there

Im about to start my course at Uni for dental nursing, after a year i'd be qualified and just wondered after i've got experience working over here whether it'd be worth it moving abroad?

Has anyone ever worked in Oz? If so what was it like to find work?
