Autoclave printout how long do we keep them for.?

We have the new statim 5000 that connects to the computer via the wifi so all info is automatically downloaded on to the computer also the staim has a display that u can touch and it brings everything up just like a touch screen phone.. Both our staims have usb pens as well which we can down load on to the computer. so no paper printouts for us. just the stristrips.

It is recommended that we should copy the printouts as they fade.( We do that once a week on A4 sheets).
In the HTM 01 05 it states: " It is recommended that records be
maintained for not less than two years."
In the case of a legal case we need to be able to provide evidence that we have done what we should do.

HI can anyone tell me what they do with their print out from the autoclave, do you have to keep the first printout or the whole till roll.
