ILM do have courses as well but they as general Management courses.

I am interested in being a practice manager. My work load is a combination of nursing and admin and I feel it will be a great next step.

Is anyone on here completing the training? And could anyone tell me a bit more about it. Is the btec level 4 the course I need to do?
