Congratulations to Isabella, our Student of the Month! This is in recognition of all her hard work and dedication.
After leaving sixth form, Isabella decided to become a dental nurse because she didn't know what she wanted to do and didn't want to go to university. She was drawn to the profession by the appeal of learning on the job and working with different people.
Isabella has shown incredible dedication to her work. We were particularly impressed by the positive feedback from her patients and colleagues. She has a real talent for putting people at ease, including those with dental phobia. One of her patients, who used to cry before appointments, now comes in happy and skips in for treatment.
Her favourite part of dental nursing is being able to offer support to nervous patients. She likes building a good relationship with them to gain their trust and ease their anxiety around the dentist.
Isabella's advice to other students is that staying on top of their workload makes it a lot easier. She also mentioned that the courses she has done have been super-informative.
Congratulations again on this well-deserved achievement, Isabella!
