Changing practices - what do i need to do?

Hi everyone
I am currently working my notice at my current practice where i have worked for over 3 years from training. I have been qualified almost 2 years and currently studying for my BDA radiography qualification and certificate in impression compentancy (via dental nurse network) i have also applied to study hygiene and therapy at uni and waiting on news in October regarding interviews.
I was wondering if anyone can help me in regards to who i need to inform about my change in practice details?
Obviously GDC, dental protection? My course providers? University admissions?
Just dont want to miss anything!
