Indeed, gumtree and CV library are the usual ones.
We also have had several nurses fail to arrive to their interviews without even phoning to cancel.
Save time - include in your advert hourly rate, location, days/times required. Mention any 'extras' on offer eg possibility of further training, extended duties, paid lunch break, holiday flexibility, uniform laundered, aircon, modern surgery, sociable working environment. Good nurses seldom job-hop, you probably need to offer career advancement and/or a very good level of pay to tempt one into private practice.
Otherwise consider training someone ... plenty of retail staff are being made redundant.
