Is this part of your dental nursing qualification I take it?
I assume it could be any issue not just the more "non-compliance" issues? If you can choose anything you could maybe make up a new system for your stockroom\cupboard or filing system or if your practice is quite large help to start a late rota?
You could maybe have a meeting with your senior and see what she suggests also.
