OSCE- anaphylaxis patient? help please :)

Hi there

Revising for my OSCE in Jan...bit confused on which position to put patient in if they are having an anaphylaxis response?...What conditions would you lay the patient on the floor?

Is it only faint? obviously because they are already on the floor and you're having to raise the legs.
Epileptic seizure they would be on the floor and then in the recovery position...

How about angina and myocardial infarction?
Asthma you would sit them upright or leaning over?
Hypoglycaemia? Stroke?

Any help would be great thanks
