What was your first day as a trainee like?

I have a week to prove myself (trial week) that I am suitable for this opening as a trainee (doing a diploma)

I am worried as I felt I knew very little and there was so much being thrown at me. Was in surgery on my first day, I didn't know anything

It was my first ever time at working in a dental practice and I have only had one teaching session so far. I was disappointed in myself
