What is the feedback you are getting?

I did mine twice a while ago, so the new one might be slightly different.
The videos are looking at safety and infection control, so we need to be extra observant about hand hygiene, sharps etc.

They are looking for constructive criticism. So, if something is not right, we need to show that we are being supportive and encouraging by praising what they've done well, rather than just pointing out mistakes.

Hope someone can help me.

I'm trying to pass the witness program but I don't really know what I'm doing wrong. I tried so many times, my feedback it's very complete and with long answers, but still I failed.
Can someone please give me some tips? I just want to understand what I'm supposed to do since everything I tried till now seems to be wrong..

I've been a dental nurse for a long time now so I know everything about my role, I just don't get the witness program... and I'm quite ashamed...
