O2 and Blood Pressure Monitors

Hello,

My practice has recently started doing IV sedation, and we currently have separate blood pressure and SpO2 monitors, which are rather awkward to find space for on the bracket table. Does anyone know if there is a way of sourcing a portable trolley with a combined BP/SpO2 monitor? I went for one day to another practice to shadow and they had one, it looked nifty! Much neater than two separate little machines!
