Hi all some feedback on how people log manual cleaning in their practices i'm looking at updating the way we do ours but wondered if any of you lovely people had any other process or ideas HTM states we should fill in any relevant documentation but how is everyone else doing this process are you all documenting every manual clean process that you do?
