new guidlines for alpron?

We had a cross infection course a couple weeks ago and the last said alpron works so that you can keep your bottle on over night. She said to take it off at the weekend and empty and leave off over the weekend. But she also said that the company I work for likes us to remove it every night but it's not necessary.

We use Sterilox and take the bottle off overnight, empty , rinse and store upside down.

I was told by an alpron rep that it only works if the bottle is left on over night. If any other solutions are being used the bottles should be removed at the end of the day.

Has anyone heard anything about new cross infection control suggested guidelines for using alpron and now emptying the bottle every night.
some colleagues were on a course last week and this was mentioned.
