Hello, im really sorry, i am stuck on assignment 301. The question is describe the process for reporting risks to health and safety within the dental setting
A: using organisational procedures.
B: by reporting work differences between work practices and organisationsl legal requirements and manufactures instructions.... i got told to think about machinery not so much about dentistry related things as this is generic health and safety.
My next question is: explain how you carry out your work in accordance with organisational and legal requirements and manufactures instructions within these areas:
A: health and safety act 1974.
C: enviromental protection act 1990.
Again my feedback off the assessor was... to be clear on how each legislation can affect my role and how i work alongside them.
