I am a third year PhD student at Kingston University based in the Department of Management. I am looking for participants (specifically nurses who manage others) for my third and final PhD study. In this study we are investigating how decisions relating to disciplinary actions are made and factors that impact on these decisions. I am looking for any nurses who also have management responsibilities, either clinical or non-clinical.
