Oral health educators...charge or free?

This is a question for all health educators, or people with oral health educators in their practice, do you charge?
I've been qualified for 5 years, we do not charge for my appointments. My appointments are 15-20 minutes and I give advice, demonstrations and give free samples: tepe's, toothpaste etc. I also offer follow ups, so some people get two free appointments.
It just crossed my mind that some practices may charge for their services and I'd be very interested to see where we stand on this.
