Who is this course for?

This course has been developed and accredited for dental nurses aiming to enter leadership positions within their practice. It equips both individuals aspiring to transition into leadership roles and those already in leadership – specifically head dental nurses without prior formal accredited training.

What can you expect to gain from this course?

This comprehensive course provides thorough theoretical and practical training for the lead dental nurse role. Accredited up to Level 3, incorporating Levels 1 and 2 training, it ensures that upon completion, participants will be well-prepared for this pivotal role, with the leadership and daily operational skills necessary to excel and distinguish themselves.

What time commitment is needed to complete the course?

The course is flexible and is designed to be completed within three months. However, we provide up to six months for completion of the course. We recommend completing one unit per week. The units can be completed at a time that suits you outside of work hours. You will need to apply your learning in your workplace; see the full course and assessment information here.

What certificate is awarded?

Upon successful completion of the course units and assessments, learners are awarded a fully accredited Level 3 Certificate in Dental Nurse Leadership.
